Prerequisites: successful completion of advancement review conducted by the Department of Art graduate committee and graduate coordinator
Preparation and exhibition of works produced by student in the M.A. in Art, Studio Art or the M.F.A. in Studio Art and Design. A report and documentation of the project required. Open only to students who have been advanced to candidacy. Materials fee required.

Master of Arts in Art - Studio Art

The Master of Arts - Studio Art is designed to provide opportunities for further study in one or more of the studio areas within the department. The objectives of the program are to foster the artistic growth and competence of the individual, to provide the preparation for a professional career in the visual arts, and to provide a basis for further graduate study in the field.
